We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Window

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn and in original condition
  
• Returned in original packaging
  

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  
• Personalised or custom pieces
  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
